Biographical Notes
	M.Sc. Maja Strgar Kurecic, born in Zagreb 1972, obtained her B.Sc. from the Faculty of Graphic Arts, University of Zagreb and her M.Sc. from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varazdin, University of Zagreb. From 1995, she works as an Assistant at the Reproduction Photography Department at the Faculty of Graphic Arts, University of Zagreb. She engages in photography, both artistic and scientific. In the course of her artistic activity, she holds eight independent and fifteen group exhibition in country and abroad. For her photographs, she won some significant awards. In 1998, she becomes a member of ULUPUH (Croatian association of artists of applied arts). As for scientific work, her main research interests are concerned with image-processing technologies, analog and digital photography, digital image analysis, and colour management in digital photography.
