Elektrotehničko društvo Zagreb organizira
20. međunarodni "Elektroinženjerski simpozij" EIS 2010, dani Josipa Lončara s izložbom elektrotehničkih proizvoda
Simpozij će se održati 02-05.05.2010, u Šibeniku, u hotelu IVAN, hotelsko naselje SOLARIS.
Ove godine prijavljen je 121 stručni referat raspoređen u 11 sekcija. O okviru simpozija održat će se i okrugli stol pod nazivom "Sigurnost i održavanje električne opreme i postrojenja".
Prema Pravilniku o stručnom ispitu te upotpunjavanju i usavršavanju znanja osoba koje obavljaju poslove graditeljstva, sudjelovanje   na simpoziju sudionicima s plaćenim kotizacijama nosi 16 bodova, a sudjelovanje na okruglom stolu  4 boda. Prijave za sudjelovanje treba poslati najkasnije do 20.04.2010. Prijaviti se može putem web stranice  www.edz.hr, mailom na ili fax-om na broj 01 481 43 44.

            Kongres Energija i okoliš 2010, 22. po redu, održat će se od 18. do 22. listopada  2010. u Opatiji. Glavna tema “Inženjerstvo budućnosti s malim emisijama” je u  skladu s velikom važnošću koja se pridaje zaštiti klime na globalnoj i europskoj  razini, a posebno s ciljevima paketa smjernica za energiju i klimu koje je EU nedavno usvojila.
Prvi dio Kongresa, koji započinje u ponedjeljak 18. listopada, a završava u utorak  19. listopada 2010. je konferencija Energija i klima.
Drugi dio kongresa je 3. po redu simpozij Heat Transfer in Components and  Systems for Sustainable Energy Technologies (Heat-SET), koji će početi u  srijedu 20. listopada, a završiti u petak, 22. listopada 2010.

            The Congress Energy and the Environment 2010, the 22nd in the series, will be held from October 18 to October 22, 2010 in Opatija, Croatia. The overarching  theme “Engineering for a Low-Carbon Future” is in accordance with the high priority given to climate protection both at the global and the EU level, and in particular with the goals of the energy and climate package, recently adopted by the EU.
The first part of the Congress, starting on Monday, October 18, and ending on  Tuesday, October 19, 2010 is the Energy and Climate Conference.
The second part of the Congress is the Symposium Heat Transfer in Components  and Systems for Sustainable Energy Technologies (Heat-SET), the 3rd in  series, starting on Wednesday, October 20, and ending on Friday, October 22,  2010.

Konferencija KOM2009- Elektroničke komunikacijske tehnologije i norme u informatici
održat će se od 23. 11. - 25. 11. 2009. u Grand hotelu Adriatic u Opatiji.
Teme konferencije:
1.dan - MREŽE (Fiksne, bežične), KOMPONENTE - tehnologije, aktivna i pasivna oprema, projektiranje, izvedba i iskustva sa informatičkim komunikacijskim mrežama (LAN, WAN, WLAN, INTERNET, INTRANET), s posebnim naglaskom na opremu (ruteri, switchevi,..), norme, mrežne programe, koncepte (npr. brze mreže, bežične mreže, primjere izvedbe mreža i povezivanja mreža i sl.). Posebno su interesantne usporedbe raznih tehnologija (WCDMA, DTM, ATM, =ternet, ili fiksne i bežične itd.) i njihov utjecaj na razvoj mreža.
2.dan – KOMUNIKACIJSKE I INTERNET USLUGE (Fiksne, Mobilne, IP TV) - norme i protokoli za međusobno povezivanje računala i ostale opreme (virtualizacija, digitalni dom) i njihov utjecaj na informacijske sustave i poslovanje, ...

Počele su registracije na CUC 2008
Registracije na ovogodišnju konferenciju su počele, a svi zainteresirani mogu se registrirati putem online forme dostupne na adresi http://ssl.edcom.hr/kompas/cucreg/.

I ove godine u suradnji s Ministarstvom znanosti, obrazovanja i sporta, CARNet je omogućio određenom broju sudionika pravo na subvencionirane kotizacije, koje mogu ostvariti profesori osnovnih i srednjih škola te CARNet sistem inženjeri i CARNet koordinatori.

Pravo na subvencionirane kotizacije ostvaruju prvih 40 profesora te prvih 40 sistem inženjera i koordinatora koji se registriraju po otvaranju registracija.

Objavljen program 10. CARNetove korisnicke konferencije CUC 2008
Na adresi http://cuc.carnet.hr/?p-raspored objavljen je cjeloviti program 10. CARNetove korisničke konferencije CUC 2008 koja ce se od 10. do 12. studenog ove godine održati na Tehničkom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Rijeci.

Program čine jedanaest radionica, tri plenarna izlaganja te sedamdeset i devet radova podijeljenih u pet tematskih cjelina, kao i dva okrugla stola.

Konferenciji ce doprinijeti i pozvani predavači - Ivan Vidakovic, direktor IBM-a Hrvatska d.o.o., Klaas Wierenga, konzultant tehničkog direktora tvrtke Cisco Systems iz Nizozemske te Martin Dougiamas, autor i vodeći razvojni

10. CARNetova korisnička konferencija CUC 2008 održat će se od 10. do 12. studenog 2008. godine na Tehničkom fakultetu u Rijeci.

The Congress Energy and the Environment 2008 will be organised as a three-day conference, starting on Wednesday, October 22, and ending on Friday, October 24, 2008. The theme of this year’s Congress, the 21st in the series, is Innovation and Climate. This theme corresponds with the high priority given to climate change, both world-wide and within the European Union. The Croatian Parliament ratified the Kyoto Protocol on April 27, 2007. Climate change is becoming a major challenge and driving force for economic innovation, both in the EU and in Croatia. The congress structure is based on plenary lectures, technical and poster sessions, as well as round table meetings and workshops on energy and environmental protection. The official languages of the Congress will be English and Croatian. In addition to the technical program, there will also be optional, technical and sightseeing tours for participants and accompanying persons. An exhibition covering the topics of the sessions will be organised during the Congress. An exhibition area will be organised for commercial and institutional exhibitors at the Congress site.

Kongres Energija i okoliš 2008
trodnevni je znanstveni skup koji počinje u srijedu, 22. listopada, a završava u petak 24. listopada 2008. Glavna tema ovogodišnjeg kongresa, 21. po redu je Inovacija i klima. Tema je u skladu s velikim prioritetom za promjenu klime na svjetskoj pozornici i u Europskoj uniji, a Hrvatski je Sabor ratificirao Kyoto protokol 27. travnja 2007. Promjena klime je ujedno značajan izazov i razvojna sila za gospodarsku inovaciju, kako u Europskoj uniji, tako i u Hrvatskoj. Rad Kongresa odvijat će se kroz plenarna predavanja, tehničke i poster sekcije. Također, organizirat će se stručne radionice i okrugli stol s temama iz područja energetike i zaštite okoliša. Službeni jezici Kongresa su hrvatski i engleski. Uz službeni program Kongresa organizirat će se dodatni tehnički i turistički obilasci. Za vrijeme održavanja Kongresa bit će organizirana prigodna tehnička izložba iz tematskih područja koje obrađuje Kongres. Sve zainteresirane institucije i poduzeća imat će mogućnost predstavljanja svoje djelatnosti i proizvoda.

FESTIVAL ZNANOSTI RIJEKA 2008
Tema šestog Festivala znanosti koji će se održati   21. - 25. travnja 2008. je VODA. Posebni gost riječkog Festivala je dobitnik Nobelove nagrade za fiziku 2006. godine prof. George Smoot, s Berkeley sveučilišta.
